We stand behind the engineering of the Novaire™ Flow. We want you to experience cooler, better sleep during this heatwave completely risk-free, which is why we offer a 30-Night Personal Cooling Trial.

### ⏱️ 30-Night Cooling Trial
If you’ve used your Novaire™ Flow for at least 14 nights and decide it’s not the right fit for your micro-climate setup, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. 
* To be eligible for a return, the unit must be fully operational, free from physical damage, and repackaged in its original box with all included accessories (USB-C cable, adhesive mounts).

### 🛠️ Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your unit arrives damaged during air transit or exhibits a manufacturing defect, please contact our support desk within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will fast-track a brand-new replacement unit to you immediately via Express Air Freight at 100% zero cost to you.

### 📦 How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our support team via our official Contact Us form.
2. Provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.
3. Our team will respond within 12 hours with instructions and the correct return warehouse destination. 

Please note: To keep our retail prices completely fair and transparent for everyone during the summer seasonal peak, customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs via a tracked local carrier. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

### 💰 Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds are processed immediately and credited back to your original payment method (Stripe, credit card, or PayPal) within 5–7 business days.
