We sell personal cooling fans and related accessories. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour or appearance may occur. Product specifications (battery life, noise level, dimensions) are based on manufacturer data under standard test conditions; real-world performance may vary with settings and environment.
Our products are personal cooling devices. They are not air conditioning units and are not intended to lower the ambient temperature of a room.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch — for example, where a pricing error has occurred or the product is unavailable — in which case you will receive a full refund.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of order. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure payment providers. Where goods are imported into your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply in accordance with your local regulations and, where applicable, are your responsibility (see our Shipping Policy).
6. Delivery
Delivery estimates and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds

8. Warranty
Products are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, or normal wear. To make a warranty claim, contact support@novairehome.com with your order number and photos or video of the fault.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including the Novaire name, logo, product copy, and images — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections of the law of the country in which you live.
