For all orders bound for the United Kingdom and the European Union, all import VAT, duties, and customs clearance clearance fees are 100% pre-paid and covered by Novaire™.

The price you see at our checkout is the final price you pay. Your package will pass seamlessly through customs without you ever receiving an unexpected fee slip.
🛑 5. Incorrect Address Warnings
We ship quickly, which means we have a very narrow window to change order details.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is completely accurate and includes all necessary flat numbers, street names, and postal codes.

If you spot a typo in your address, please reach out via our Contact Us form within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed and handed to the air freight line, we unfortunately cannot alter the routing.
